Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 14 - 21 business days. Shipping times vary according to your selected method.

 

We are able to ship anywhere within the United States. Some orders may ship on Saturdays.

 

Please note that our detox products are hand made in small batches. This is to ensure the longest possible shelf life for you, our customer! We are doing our best to estimate any potential delays in shipments and will communicate these to you directly. We appreciate your patience and understanding. 

Some items within your order may ship separately. You will never be charged more for shipping and handling than what appears at checkout.

 

We do provide shipping time estimations for all of our products. We will work to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but please note that our shipping lead times are all estimations and we cannot guarantee an order to arrive by a specific time. 

 

Refunds Policy

Womb Care Love can only issue refunds for delayed, or unshipped orders. We cannot issue refunds if any order has already been individually processed or shipped.

Returns Policy

No returns or exchanges. All sales are final on food grade and clothing items. 

 

Shipping Addresses 

We encourage you to ship all items to a permanent address in order to ensure a successful delivery. We are not responsible for lost items due to incorrect shipping addresses. It is your responsibility to update this within our system or email a change request in writing within 48 hours of ordering. After that window we cannot guarantee that an order will be shipped to the correct address. 

 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

 

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Once your item has been shipped you will receive an email with the shipping confirmation.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Womb Care Love and QAWI are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

Womb Care Love and QAWI are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received a damaged order, please contact the shipment carrier and our support team at Wombcarelove@queenafua.com directly to file a claim. Please take a picture and save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

For international shipping we utilize UPS. Here is a detailed list of countries they ship to as well as shipping policies.
